How to reach Sapienza Medicina Legale Building

To reach the Medicina Legale building, you must access to Sapienza University of Rome Campus. There are several points of access, but the closest to the venue is that in Via C. De Lollis 23. Then follow the instructions below.

Covid-19 restrictions

Due to the changing epidemiological situation, the anti-Covid-19 measures required to enter and stay in Sapienza facilities may change. For the time being, it is necessary to fill in the self-certification form that you can find here: https://bit.ly/3TGfb1j
We recommend that you carry an FFP2 mask with you, which will be used when it is not possible to maintain a safe distance.

Please make sure to have an official ID or passport to access the campus, it may be requested. All coffee breaks and lunches will be served in the hall of the building. Access to lunches is limited to participants who are registered.

Wi-Fi

Participants registered to the ENC Meeting will have the possibility to get connected to the Internet through the Wi-Fi network of Sapienza University of Rome.
On arrival, every participant will receive an username and password that could be used for Wi-Fi connection. The authentication will be done using a Wi-Fi captive portal of the host university.

SOCIAL EVENTS

Baroque Rome walking tour

On 29th of September, before the social dinner, we offer a guided walk (with a tour guide) through the enchanting setting of Baroque Rome. The tour is entirely on foot, covers an itinerary of about 2,5 kilometres and will last, including stops at strategic points, about 2 hours. Please confirm your participation at the welcome desk during the first day of the congress!

The meeting point is at 18:00 in front of Babingtons Tea Room, Piazza di Spagna, 23. Then we will see many of the most beautiful baroque Rome sites. The itinerary may be subject to slight variations due to local administration.

Social dinner at "Al Pompiere"

After the walking tour, we look forward to seeing you on the evening of 29 September, at 20:00 at the typical Roman restaurant Al pompiere , Via S. Maria De' Calderari 38, to enjoy the social dinner together.
